How do I Make a Hotel Reservation?
After formal registration is complete, all attendees checking in on Monday, October 9th and checking out on Wednesday, October 11th will automatically be reserved with The Hythe. Formal confirmation numbers will be available in September 2023.
How do I Make an Extended Hotel Reservation?
If you wish to extend your stay in Vail, either before or after the event, attendees should reserve their extra stay using this link: https://book.passkey.com/go/AveleCareadditionalnights
You will only need to reserve your extended stay dates – reserving October 9th or October 10th may result in the portal indicating no availability as we have already reserved these dates.
You may also contact the Hythe Reservations Center at 1-877-622-3140. Extended stay reservations will be cross referenced with event-only reservations, ensuring that all attendees only have one reservation number.
How do I Cancel my Extended Hotel Reservation?
If you have an unpexected change in plans prior to Saturday, September 9, 2023, you will not be held accountable for any hotel reservation charges. Please contact They Hythe Reservations Center at 1-877-622-3140. If you are requesting a cancellation after September 9, 2023, you will be responsible for one night’s stay.
Do I need to Formally Register, if I have already RSVP’d?
Yes, we ask all interested customers to please fill out the formal registration as it will include hotel confirmation number, contact information, details about Vail, and much more.
What are the Lodging Rates for an Extended Stay?
Rates for an extended stay at the Hythe are $249 per night, along with a $20 resort fee, and applicable state and local taxes (currently 10.3%). Extended stay dates are available on the following dates:

The Vail Farmers Market runs every Sunday in the summer from 10am-3pm, takes place in Vail Village – the conference dates will fall over the last weekend of the market for the 2023 season.

The world’s highest botanical garden, is open year-round and located in Vail Village.
Colorado Ski & Snowsports Museum
The Colorado Ski & Snowsports Museum is located right in the heart of the Vail Village. The Hall of Fame has inducted more than 200 athletes, coaches, patrons and supporters of snow sports in Colorado since its first class in 1977.
Walking Mountains Science Center
The museum offers guided nature tour, hiking, museum, and camps.
Sage Outdoors Adventures
is located in Wolcott, offering ATV, white river rafting, horseback riding, sporting clay & fishing.
Nova Guides/Camp Hale
Historical site that was the home of the 10th Mountain Army Division during World War II, now an event center with ATV, Jeep Tours, & Guided Fishing Trips, where you can also host an offsite meal.

Cancellation Policy
- If you have an unexpected change in plans prior to Saturday, September 9, 2023, you will not be held accountable for any hotel reservation charges.
- If you are requesting a cancellation after September 9, 2023, you will be responsible for one night’s stay.

Registration and attendance at the 2023 Customer Forum and Innovation Summit and related activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Avel eCare’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
