Heidi Bernardo is the Director – Integrator/Partner Relations & HHS Agency Leader for Philips Healthcare. She is leading teaming partner relationships leveraging Philips global business units and enterprise solutions across the health continuum for all federal agencies and Health & Human Services. 

With over 15 years of government contracting experience specializing in federal government acquisition strategies and business development with a focus in healthcare. She has led business development for both large and small government contracting corporations from Lockheed Martin and Honeywell to a Native American Corporation in Cherokee Nation Businesses. 

She secured wins in medical research for infectious/viral disease and combating antibiotic resistance and casualty care and battlefield trauma within Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) and United States Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR).? Working in partnership with the customer, she developed a program solution to support Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) in behavioral health research for suicide prevention. 

Mrs. Bernardo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.
