Joshua Hofmeyer is the Chief Executive Officer for Dow Rummel Village in Sioux Falls, SD, a large not-for-profit continuing care retirement community serving hundreds of residents across the full continuum of care in a variety of healthcare settings and other support services. He has been a licensed long-term care administrator for over fourteen years and is also certified as a health services executive. Prior to taking on the CEO role at Dow Rummel, Hofmeyer spent over 8 years in the telemedicine field developing and implementing telemedicine services to numerous Senior Care communities across the country. Hofmeyer has extensive knowledge in health care quality improvement processes and recruitment and retention as well as experience in assisting skilled nursing entities and other senior housing locations to achieve financial success. When he is not overseeing the strategic planning and operations of Dow Rummel Village, he is busy advocating for seniors across the country and influencing legislative agendas as able.  Hofmeyer holds a Masters in Science Administration with an emphasis in long-term care and he received a Bachelors in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota.
