Duskin most recently served as President of Equality Health’s Technology Division, where he focused on enabling payer and provider collaboration to improve care for members in conjunction with value-based care contracts. During his leadership tenure, the Technology Division transformed its operations to align with a product strategy aimed at driving growth and improving customer satisfaction and profitability. Equality Health partnered with General Atlantic in February 2021 to recapitalize the business.

Prior to Equality Health, Duskin served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Change Healthcare’s Clinical Review division, focused on services capturing Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC’s) and reflecting accurate risk adjustment scores, and HEDIS measure validation to drive STARS ratings for payers primarily in the government program space. Doug’s experience prior to Change Healthcare was focused in the areas of finance and general management with Brambles, plc, a publicly traded Australian company and Private Equity and Public Accounting firms. Duskin earned an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
