Lisa Lindgren
Senior Vice President, Customer Experience
Lisa Lindgren started her nursing career in a critical access hospital in northwest Iowa in 1989. Since then, Lindgren has gone on to serve as a bedside clinician in critical care and emergency departments, and as a flight nurse. When she joined the Avel eCare team in 2009, Lindgren played a key role in the developing several of Avel eCare’s service lines including Emergency, Hospitalist, Correctional and Critical Care on Demand. Most importantly she drove the initiative of Avel eCare Emergency, helping over 211 hospitals implement eCare’s telehealth services.
Now, as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience for Avel, Lindgren oversees daily operations of the account executive division, which is an essential tie between our customers and our clinical service lines. As the liaison to both sides our team represents the ultimate customer service experience keeping clinical excellence and quality at the top of our minds, while being the voice of new product innovation – meeting the needs of our customers.
Lisa is motivated by her belief that patients deserve the same level of care regardless of their geographical location and that telemedicine can make that possible.
